Pasadena Chalk Festival NOW!
For years we’ve been exposed to chalk and its magical ability to write on surfaces and then disappear in an instant. We’ve all been outside, drawing random images on our sidewalks while our parents watched and thought how easy it will be to hose the hideous pictures off in a few hours.
Join in on the celebration of this delightful sedimentary rock today and tomorrow at the Pasadena Chalk Festival. Considered to be the world’s largest street painting festival, the event will take place at Paseo Colorado and will feature about 600 artists. The festival runs from 10am-7pm today and tomorrow (you should probably just go now..) and is completely free! Go today, and if you had fun, take dad out tomorrow and break out that artistic side that he’s been hiding all these years.
