Chug it at the LA Beer Festival
Mmm…beer! If you’re a lover of barley and hops, you’re in for a big treat: The LA Beer Festival is going on this weekend in Culver City. Even more amazing, it’s being held on the Sony lot.
For 40 bucks, you get unlimited four-ounce pours of a huge selection of beers. There will also be live entertainment (a Johnny Cash/Tom Petty tribute band on Saturday and a U2 cover band on Sunday). You can also buy food once you’re there. Tickets might seem a little steep, but getting drunk and listening to music for $40 isn’t such a bad deal. Just remember to bring a DD (they get in for $15).
Buy tickets in advance because they aren’t selling them at the door!
