Celebrate Pink’s 70th Anniversary
Today LA’s most famous hot dog stand turns 70 and Pink’s wants you to join in the festivities. Starting tonight for 7 days at 7 PM, hot dogs will be 70 cents for 70 minutes. Wow, that was a mouthful of sevens. Basically, get there at 7 or a little after and your hot dog will be only 70 cents. What a yummy deal! In addition to the deep hot dog discounts, there will be a (minor) celebrity on hand every day do profess their love for Pink’s. Some highlights include Bill Cosby and Jason Alexander, and you can see the full schedule on the event website. One piece of advice: bring comfortable shoes. The lines are always ridiculously long, but you can bet that for 70 cent hot dogs, the lines will be epic.
